CPSE contacts WPP Site Director Amy Frank and Enrollment Coordinator Stephanie Marshfield to confirm availability, review the child’s IEP recommendations, and share parent contact information.

Within 2 business days, WPP will contact parent to set up a pre-enrollment tour and screening. Parent is e-mailed a pre-enrollment parent questionnaire to e-mail back to WPP.

Within two weeks, a screening and tour will be scheduled with the parent/caregiver and child, during which WPP will evaluate the child’s developmental stage, functional abilities, and potential accommodation needs; parents are also asked to complete the WPP pre-enrollment questionnaire if they have not already done so.

Within one week, WPP reviews the child’s pre-enrollment information and confirms classroom availability and an enrollment date.
The parent or caregiver and CPSE are notified if the child is accepted. If not, CPSE will work with the family to explore alternative options.

WPP Enrollment Coordinator Stephanie Marshfield provides the required paperwork, including a medical form to be completed by the child’s pediatrician. Once all forms are submitted and reviewed, WPP will confirm the child’s start date with the parent and CPSE.
